MerchantRevive provides audit and agreed fix services for stores that work with Google Merchant Center. MerchantRevive is an independent service, does not represent Google and does not make decisions on the reinstatement of accounts.
Purpose of the website
The website contains information about the services, the work process, the methodology and indicative prices. The materials are informational and do not replace an individual proposal, a contract or Google's official rules.
The user may browse the website and contact MerchantRevive by lawful means. It is prohibited to disrupt the website, bypass security measures, automatically collect data with a harmful load or use the materials in a way that misleads third parties.
A request is not yet a contract
Filling in a form, preparing an email or correspondence does not create an obligation to enter into a contract and does not mean acceptance of an order. Before paid work begins, the parties agree the task, the scope of the service, the inputs, the price, the timelines, the result and the way of working together.
The legal name of the contractor and payment details are stated in the commercial proposal, invoice or contract.
User obligations
- provide accurate and up-to-date information about the store and Google notifications;
- have the right to provide materials and to authorize work with the relevant resources;
- approve changes that affect the website, feed, account or purchase path;
- keep backups and control their own accounts;
- not share passwords and two-factor authentication codes through an ordinary form or the first email.
Services and results
MerchantRevive checks the items of the methodology applicable to a specific store, records the discrepancies found and makes or describes the agreed fixes. The 147-check methodology is an internal working register: some items may not apply to an individual store.
Store preparation, an audit and support do not guarantee account reinstatement, a specific review timeline or Google's decision. Google makes the final decision based on its own rules and data.
Price, payment and change of scope
The price on the website helps compare work formats. The final price, currency, taxes, payment schedule and timeline are stated in an individual proposal, invoice or contract.
Work outside the agreed scope is performed only after separate confirmation. If the user delays materials, answers or approval, the timeline may be revised.
Materials and intellectual property rights
Rights to the brand, texts, website structure, graphics and MerchantRevive's internal methodology belong to their lawful rightsholders. The user retains rights to their own materials and provides access to them only to the extent necessary for the agreed service.
Reports and project results are intended for use by the client within its store, unless the contract provides otherwise.
Limits of liability
MerchantRevive is responsible for the agreed actions within the limits of applicable law and the contract. The service does not control Google's decisions, changes to third-party platforms, the actions of the account owner or the consequences of incomplete or inaccurate inputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights and guarantees that cannot be limited under applicable law. The specific limits of liability for a paid service are set by the contract.
Applicable law, changes and contact
The applicable law and the competent court are determined by mandatory rules and the contract with the client. If a separate provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force to the extent permitted by law.
MerchantRevive may update the terms when the website, the services or legal requirements change. The current version and its date are always available on this page.
