INITIAL CASE REVIEW

We will find what prevents Merchant Center from passing review

Describe your store and the Google notification. We will determine where to start, what data is really needed and which work format fits your case.

Issue type and priority

We compare the wording of the notification with the account status and review history.

Scope of the first check

We show which parts of the website, product data and account need attention.

A clear next step

We suggest an audit, recovery or a targeted consultation without unnecessary scope.

MerchantRevive is an independent service. Google makes the final decision on account reinstatement.

Step 1 of 2

Website and Google message

The store address and a short description are enough. We will clarify the rest ourselves if needed.

You can omit https:// — we will add it automatically.

Do not include passwords, codes, documents or payment details.

Add details if you have them Optional

AFTER YOU CONTACT US

What happens next

We look at the facts first and only then propose a scope of work. This helps you avoid paying for unnecessary actions and repeating the previous attempt blindly.

01

We read the notification in context

We check the wording, the level of restriction, the dates and the history of review requests.

02

We define the limits of the review

We highlight risk areas on the website, in product data, in account settings and in the purchase path.

03

We propose the next step

We explain what you can do yourself and where an audit or fix support is needed.

SECURE DATA SHARING

What you can send now

For the initial review we only need public information and the exact context. Sensitive data is discussed separately and only when necessary.

You can provide

  • the store address and target countries;
  • the exact text of the Google notification;
  • the dates and number of previous reviews;
  • a short list of changes already made.

Do not send

  • passwords and two-factor authentication codes;
  • passports and bank documents;
  • full card or payment account details;
  • supplier documents through a public form.

FIRST DIAGNOSTICS

We check connections, not a single symptom

A restriction often appears where the store's information, product data and account disagree. Switch the area to see the logic of the check.

Website and buyer journey

We look at whether a buyer can verify the seller, the offer terms and the final cost before paying.

seller details and contacts;

shipping, returns and payment;

price and availability on the page;

cart and checkout.

THE ESSENTIALS

Before you submit a request

Answers about access, security and the outcome of the initial review.

audit@merchantrevive.com  →
Do you need access to Merchant Center for the initial review?

No. The store address, the exact text of the notification and the context of previous reviews are enough. If access is needed later, it is granted through an official invitation without sharing a password.

Can I send passwords and documents through the form?

No. We do not ask for passwords, two-factor authentication codes, passports, bank documents or supplier documents through a public form.

What happens after I submit a request?

A specialist compares the notification, the state of the store and the review history, asks for any missing details and proposes a suitable scope of work.

Does an audit guarantee account reinstatement?

No. An audit helps identify discrepancies and prepare a well-founded fix plan, but Google makes the final decision.

Can I start with diagnostics only?

Yes. After the initial review you can choose to implement the plan yourself, full recovery with agreed fixes, or a separate review of a complex situation.

FIRST STEP WITHOUT PASSWORDS

Start with the facts you already have

The store address and the wording of the notification will help define a sensible next step. Other details can be clarified after the initial review.
